Great Service, and going the extra mile

Dave did a great job of helping us purchase our home in the Villages. He was friendly, attentive, was a great listener, and made the whole process go smoothly. He also went the extra mile. Our golf cart died on the way back to our rental house after meeting with Dave for the last walk-through. We called Dave, hoping for a ride back to our rental. Dave was not only willing to pick us up, but took us to the store to purchase a new battery and helped us install it. We would highly recommend Dave as your agent of choice when purchasing a home in the Villages!
