Born and raised in the stunning Pacific Northwest state of Oregon, Dave has had a diverse and successful career spanning the retail management business and the world of real estate. With experience at renowned companies like Nordstrom, May Dept. Stores, Dillards, and Macy's, Dave's early career honed his skills in customer service and management.
In the mid-1990s, Dave decided to pursue his long-standing admiration for real estate and embarked on a new professional journey. He obtained his real estate license and began practicing in Tampa Bay, Florida. Starting as an exclusive buyer's agent, Dave's dedication and passion for the industry led him to work with esteemed companies such as Coldwell Banker and ReMax, where he acquired invaluable knowledge of successful principles, techniques, and marketing strategies.
In 2002, Dave received an invitation to join Florida Executive Realty, a decision that proved to be one of the best of his career. He found the company's commitment to exceptional customer service and resemblance to Nordstrom, a former employer, truly inspiring. Recognizing the company's potential, Dave accepted an opportunity to become a shareholder in the Carrollwood office in 2005, investing in a company he deeply believed in. Additionally, he is a partner with Brokers Title of Tampa Bay, further expanding his expertise in the real estate industry.
Dave upholds the values of honesty, professionalism, and continued education in all his endeavors. He has pursued extensive additional education, earning designations such as CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). To better serve US military families, Dave has also completed certifications with USAA and Military On The Moves.
With every client he serves, Dave's ultimate goal is to empower them with comprehensive information, enabling them to make the most informed decisions possible. Through ongoing study and a meticulous approach to the transaction process, he ensures that his clients' best interests are always well cared for.
Beyond his professional achievements, Dave indulges in his passions outside of real estate. He finds adventure in aviation through private piloting and enjoys traveling with his wife, who has been his companion for 33 years. Dave also finds solace in golfing, gardening, and playing the piano. Committed to giving back to his community, he actively supports less fortunate seniors and families. Moreover, a percentage of every professional fee earned from each sale is contributed to The Hope Foundation. Dave is also a regular contributor to Disabled American Veterans and Metropolitan Ministries, reflecting his deep commitment to helping those in need.
