There is no better realtor than Dave Magua! I was introduced to Dave Magua via a real estate referral company. They sent me 3 of the top realtors in my area and I interviewed all 3 of them. Dave was my first interview and within the first 2 minutes I did not want to speak to the other 2 realtors, but I had to do my due diligence. After speaking to all 3, Dave was the ONLY one that was direct and straight with me from the get go about sale price expectations, timeframe and most importantly, his commission rate and availability. From the drop, Dave curated the selling process for us with focus, energy, creativity, and attention to detail at every step. Some realtors manage the process, Dave moved it.
