The time had come for my mother to move to assisted living. We were referred to an excellent relocation company, and the owner of the company recommended Dave Magua to sell my mother's condo. The minute I met Dave, I was quite sure the sale would go smoothly. Dave came over and met my 94-year-old mother and she felt comfortable right away. We signed the contract, and the house was listed as soon as everything had been moved out. He said he would take care of everything needed to complete the sale, and he did. Since my mother has mobility problems, he arranged for a notary to come to my mother's new apartment for her signature. He also made sure he would be there at the same time to make sure everything went smoothly. And since I live in another state, that put my mind at ease. After the house was listed, there was an offer the next day. The bottom line is, I find it hard to believe that you could find a better, more caring realtor.
