Mr. Ludlow was attentive to details, knowledgeable about the Richmond market. He knew which areas met my specified criteria. He was very responsive when I asked specific questions about listings such as whether or not he was familiar with the Swansboro neighborhood and the proximity of schools and stores. He would give complete and accurate information. I recommend his services. He went above and beyond real estate agents I have used in the past.
