We worked with Dave over the period of a couple years. We got outbid on one deal, had another deal fall through at the last minute, and finally purchased a beautiful condo with Dave's assistance. Dave remained patient and responsive with us as we searched for our ideal property. He is very knowledgeable of the different neighborhoods and communities in Ocean City and helped guide us in our search.
