We worked with Dave over the period of a couple years. We got outbid on one deal, had another deal fall through at the last minute, and finally purchased a beautiful condo with Dave's assistance. Dave remained patient and responsive with us as we searched for our ideal property. He is very knowledgeable of the different neighborhoods and communities in Ocean City and helped guide us in our search. He has good information to share on things we hadn't considered that are unique to coastal properties. We would highly recommend Dave to anyone buying or selling in the Ocean City area.

Dave helped us buy our condo at the beach a few years ago and did a wonderful job, so we were happy to use him again when we recently decided to sell it. He did a great job with marketing the property, which had us multiple offers very quickly. Dave explained each step as we went from contract to closing and the whole process went very smoothly. We will definitely be using him again in the future and will be recommending him to anyone we know.

Dave Leiderman gets my highest recommendation for being the best buyer’s realtor at the beach!  Foremost he did a fabulous job when we put in the offer on the place we most desired, after much searching, and within an extremely short time frame, he got our offer accepted!  Buying a beach place is a long process, but Dave clearly knows the real estate business, which is critical when starting out, to find the best property for your needs.  Over the months spent searching he educated me on finding a better beach rental set up ie. an open floor plan (no foyer, no separate kitchen etc.) as I didn’t have an appreciation of exactly what today’s renters want. When looking at a variety of places it is helpful to know what will work for what you’re trying to do.  Those questions are valuable to have answers for, before you commit. It helps that Dave is very thorough in pursuing all details, and takes plenty of time when viewing houses to evaluate each house carefully. He is also very knowledgeable about the beach real estate market in particular. He alerted me to consider HOA concerns in beach condo neighborhoods. Since he is a resident himself he knows the whole beach area extremely well!  It always helps to work with a nice guy - nice to you, nice to current owners, and who is also very active in a kids charity.  His attitude carries over to your transaction in positive ways, large and small. For instance he was always very considerate when I was running late for an appointment on my long drive down from Wilmington. This makes the whole process much more successful because it encourages you to keep pursuing your goal. We feel very lucky to have found a very competent trustworthy real estate agent. Immeasurably lucky!

Dave was not only an absolute delight to work work but he also was able to assisting in selling our condo at the perfect time (i.e., before the fed hiked up interest rates and the market got flooded). If you're looking for a home (or a home-away-from-home), I can't recommend Dave highly enough.
