Dave clearly explained the housing market for May 2021 and priced our home exactly where the comparable homes had recently sold! He had the home filmed and marketed on several social media sources and in 2 days there were about 50 showings and around 30 offers, most far above the listed price. After reviewing & comparing all offers with us we were able to clearly see the one that met our needs and had the best chance of closing successfully in our 30 day time frame. Due to Dave’s communication skills with us, the buyer’s agent, lender, title and escrow, it closed in 30 days and we were able to move exactly as planned.
