My husband and I bought our very first home and we wouldn’t have been able to achieve this dream without the help of Team Landon at Patterson-Schwartz. We were blown away with the urgency of getting to see the houses that came on our radar even while being out of town they made a way for us to see our dream home the very next day after it went on the market. We felt taken care of and prioritized and got all the information we needed and some! We would recommend Team Landon to anyone looking for their new home!

We look forward to future business and working with Dave Landon.

Dave was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Helped make a stressful process go smoothly!

Team Landon was amazing to work with. Both Kirsten and Dave responded quickly and answered countless questions, making the process very smooth.

Excellent service from Dave Landon.

I could not be happier with the service and professionalism I received with Dave Landon. He made everything easy in selling my condo. I was surprised how fast the sale went though. I would highly recommend his services for buying or selling your property. Many thanks Dave!

Dave was a fantastic agent who went above and beyond to make sure we made a good purchase.

Dave and Team Landon exceeded our expectations. We had previously worked with them on the purchase of a new home and were very happy with that initial experience. We worked with them again for the sale of a separate house, which again went very well. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and kind. Team Landon helped to navigate us through the entire process, address questions and concerns, and prepared us to be in the best position for preparing, marketing, and closing the sale on our home.

Melissa Spencer and the Lando team went above and beyond during our process of getting a home. Our experience with them was excellent. I just want to say thank you for all the help and support during this process.

Dave is the best agent in Delaware, hands down, and would recommend him every single time.

Dave and Team Landon did a tremendous job with my home buying experience. Dave was there with insight and advice, and was available anytime I had questions or concerns. Team Landon made this a very smooth process handling everything in a timely manner.

Dave and Kirsten were great. Based on our previous experience with another company, they went far above and beyond our expectations!
