About Dave

Dave is originally from the Midwest, is a U.S Army veteran who served in the Vietnam Theater from 1968 to 1971 and has been an Arizona resident since 1974. He has been helping real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the Greater Tucson Area for over 22 years. For the past 10 years he has specialized in serving the senior market along with probate and trust real estate. Dave has focused his efforts on working in this unique area of probate and trust real estate because it allows him to not only perform a vital service to people in times of great stress, but also it is a specialty where he can differentiate his level of expertise from other agents who are not as focused on this niche. He has invested the time and earned the designations to professionally assist his clients. Dave and his wife Francie have personally experienced settling the estates of four family members, and are aware of the responsibilities of being an out of state personal representative.
