Dave did a good job getting the town home presentable for sale and getting it listed. Home sold within a couple of months of listing. Was hoping for a better price, but the family seemed agreeable with the sale price. Wish we had more details and time going in on what would be required for the final sale, but still managed to get through the closing.

Dave possesses a work ethic that can’t be quantified like or compared to any other person I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with outside of my own profession.
