Dave did a good job getting the town home presentable for sale and getting it listed. Home sold within a couple of months of listing. Was hoping for a better price, but the family seemed agreeable with the sale price. Wish we had more details and time going in on what would be required for the final sale, but still managed to get through the closing.
His attention to detail is unmatched. The preparation and presentation of the property is of exceptional quality. Expectations were exceeded. Dave managed the process seamlessly.

Dave possesses a work ethic that can’t be quantified like or compared to any other person I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with outside of my own profession. Dave embodied them all during our efficient home searching process. There was never a day or time I couldn’t call Dave and count on him to organize necessary meet ups, research market opportunities, or even discuss with someone on my behalf the vision I had for the home we wanted. He has a lot of experience aiding in the selling and purchasing of homes as well, and never once shied away from sharing as much as was needed to help us.
