About Dave

Dave Hanczarek was born and raised in Manchester, NH and moved to North Lake Tahoe in the fall of 1988, where he attended Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village. After earning his B.S. Degree in Business Administration, he went on to help open one of the restaurants at the brand new resort in Squaw Valley. With a couple of years of management experience under his belt he and another college friend opened their own restaurant in Incline Village. After many years as a local resident and business owner, Dave then pursued his interest in real estate by joining a local real estate firm in early 2003. Dave has been in the real estate business for over 13 years and has proven to be very knowledgeable in the North Lake Tahoe area along with showing great dedication and perseverance in his profession. Aside from being a real estate professional, Dave is a big outdoor enthusiast and enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, wakeboarding and any other recreational activity that beautiful Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Dave was incredible to work with- he kept the purchasing process going in an extremely challenging winter season...the result was we were able to close escrow on time and get into our dream home quickly. I am forever grateful to him for being so available, patient and responsive!

We were connected to Dave by someone in his office. We had found a home we wanted to purchase and needed someone to get us through the closing process. Dave walked us through every step of the way. He met us at the property when we needed to see it, and his response time to calls and emails was very quick. We are very happy in our new home and very pleased with the experience of working with Dave.
