In my lifetime, I have been involved in my fair share of Real Estate transactions, I've now have sold (6) six homes and I've purchased (5) five. I am buying my sixth home early next year. Dave is a professional with expert knowledge of the market, property marketing, financing and the escrow and closing process. Dave valued our home precisely right and got us under contract within three days of listing. He then was with us through each step of the closing process, clarifying the legalities.
