First let's get it out there. I put my grocery list in a spreadsheet. I am sure that I would be a nightmare for most real estate agents. I am that kind of guy. I had spent about 9 months in San Francisco looking at neighborhoods, prices per square foot, distances to public transit, you name it. I didn't go into this process without tons of information and tons of research about what we wanted and where we wanted to look. After interviewing several agents we went with Dave because of his expert understanding of the city, easy-going nature, responsiveness and connections in the business. All of those characteristics proved huge assets for us during the process. At the beginning he listened to what we had already done in research etc and didn't take us through "his" process. He was very responsive to questions and feedback and we didn't have the experience of going to properties that didn't meet the criteria we detailed at the start.

We have been in our new house for three weeks and couldn't be happier. Dave stuck with us during the offer, closing process and now even in a few follow-ups post close. This guy doesn't let the details slip and has a truly customer-oriented outlook on his business. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Dave sold our house in San Francisco and is one of the best agent around. He instantaneously answers your calls and emails and is very knowledgeable. It took awhile to sell our house, but Dave was a trooper. He held open houses each weekend for 3 months and was always quick to update us with new information. His positive attitude rubbed off on us and kept our spirit up in this down market. His marketing skills are unsurpassed. He uses many resources that we never heard of and finally got us and offer than we could live with. A pleasure to work with.
