First let's get it out there. I put my grocery list in a spreadsheet. I am sure that I would be a nightmare for most real estate agents. I am that kind of guy. I had spent about 9 months in San Francisco looking at neighborhoods, prices per square foot, distances to public transit, you name it. I didn't go into this process without tons of information and tons of research about what we wanted and where we wanted to look. After interviewing several agents we went with Dave because of his expert understanding of the city, easy-going nature, responsiveness and connections in the business. Dave sold our house in San Francisco and is one of the best agent around. He instantaneously answers your calls and emails and is very knowledgeable. It took awhile to sell our house, but Dave was a trooper. He held open houses each weekend for 3 months and was always quick to update us with new information.
