It took awhile to sell our house, but Dave was a trooper. He held open houses each weekend for 3 months and was always quick to update us with new information. His positive attitude rubbed off on us and kept our spirit up in this down market. His marketing skills are unsurpassed. He uses many resources that we never heard of and finally got us and offer than we could live with. A pleasure to work with. Dave is the consummate Realtor, and was invaluable from the first minute we saw the property until (and after) the day we closed. We worked with Dave on a particularly challenging transaction -- acquiring a property in a "short sale," in which both the seller and his lender were likely to take a loss, thus the possibility of negative motivation. Dave had thoroughly evaluated the property, advised us on market value, pricing and negotiation strategy. When our initial offer was rejected by the lender as being too "below market," Dave engaged reputable appraisers to identify truly comparable properties, bringing the selling side back into a realistic mind-set.
