We started looking for a place in the mid peninsula and switched to looking for a place in SF -- Dave was referred to us by our existing agents. As first time buyers, Dave was great in bringing up to speed on the home buying process, and enabling us to feel confident in our choices. In the early stages he was extremely helpful (and patient) in showing us around new-to-us neighborhoods until we got a feel for what was important to us and narrowed down our search.

Throughout, we felt he worked extremely hard in finding properties that would be a good fit. We felt that he was never pushing into something we didn't want and frequently gave frank advice about a number of potential problems with some of the properties we looked at.

We eventually made two offers, one on a short-sale and one on a foreclosure - in both cases, Dave got our offer accepted and beat out the competition.
