I have never worked with a realtor that worked as hard as Dave to find the perfect property for me to purchase. As an investor, I knew exactly what I wanted but I did not know the Los Angeles market. Dave really paid attention to my list of priorities and didn't try to show me anything that didn't qualify. He was keen on which areas that were growing and a good investment. I do not live in LA so I had to rely on Dave's advice and expertise and I am glad that I did. I would recommend Dave Chu for anyone looking for real estate in the LA area.

I can't say enough about Dave. He not only got us into our DREAM HOME but he did it $8k under asking AND we were up against an all cash buyer. That says a lot about his ability to negotiate on behalf of his clients but it also speaks volumes about his knowledge of the market. He is prompt when answering our questions (and, boy, did I have a lot of questions for him!) as well as courteous and professional.
