After graduating from the University of New York and relocating to Sarasota, I witnessed a tremendous growth in this area while raising a family. My formal real estate education began with the Bert Rodgers school of real estate in 1984. Over the years, I've been involved in hundreds of transactions, fueling my passion for real estate as an investment strategy. Whether buying or selling, each deal holds equal importance for my client and myself. I prioritize their welfare and, if needed, prefer to decline the transaction over a risky decision. I place honesty and integrity, at the forefront of my value system. My aim is to build clients for a lifetime not a single sale. By specializing in investment strategies like : 1031 exchanges, buy and hold , buy, fix, and sell, I have gained valuable experience, that can help any real estate purchase or sale.

Dave Brown is an excellent real estate salesperson.

Dave Brown worked with my husband and I for several months looking for a pre build home. Dave is a very patient man and always accommodated our requests to see a home. He was excellent in providing us with the "property for sale" write ups. We not only seen the property but we had all the pertinent information needed to evaluate the property and the associated listing price. After many visits to pre built homes with Dave, we finally came to the conclusion that we wanted a new build. Dave knew the area we were looking in and he guided us to a location that we are totally happy with. Dave is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate salesperson and we would highly recommend his services to any one seriously looking for their next residential home.
