Dave is by far the best realtor in Central Florida! 5 years ago he assisted my husband and I with buying our first house, and when it came time to selling and buying a new one, we knew Dave was our guy. He is excellent at communicating with his clients, and also with other agents and lenders so that a complicated buying and selling process is seemingly done with ease. He is trustworthy, explains concepts in a way that is easy to understand, and his wisdom from countless years in real estate is unparalleled. When my husband and I were out house hunting one day with Dave, we came across a home that was listed as concrete, block frame. We instantly fell in love after looking around and we were ready to make an offer. However, after Dave began knocking around on the outside of the home, it was very apparent that this home was not block frame at all, but completely wood framed. Although this may not matter to others, Dave knew this was a deal breaker for us. If it wasn't for Dave's knowledge of home construction and experience in the industry, there's a possibility my husband and I would have been in for a huge surprise down the road. Needless to say we did not put in an offer, but we did purchase another home that we love even more with Dave's assistance!
