He went up and beyond the normal expectations of what the realtor/client relationship should be. Dave provided contact numbers for a home inspector, drywall repairman, roofer, carpet & tile cleaning services, lawn service and whole house move out cleaning. His contact list is extensive; which stems from his incredible experience in servicing the area. He gave me advice as to how to prep the home properly for sale and he used a very talented photographer to showcase my home. I extremely grateful to Dave, when it was discovered that I had a roof leak he had a roofer on site within a few hours. He assisted in the repair of minor appliances and helped me find a new home for my lawn equipment and removed the equipment for me. He would even bring my trash cans into the garage once I had vacated the home and was there to let into the house the move-out cleaning service. The communication was consistent and he would respond quickly to texts and phone calls. As I left my home for good, and said goodbye to my neighbors, I told them all to use Dave when they get ready to sell their homes. If I could give Dave 10 stars I would and I will be forever thankful that he was my realtor! Thank you for all of your help Dave!
