When I decided to sell my house I talked with 3 real estate agents. I listed with Dave because he was so thorough. He looked at my electric panel, my water heater etc. then he did a complete walk around of the outside of my house. In addition to, he told me exactly what my expenses would be if we sold at the listing price and what I would net. During the sale process he kept me informed with feedback from the showing agents. Dave did a good job at listening to my needs and "vision" for a new home. He made himself readily available to take me to and/or meet me at homes to look at, even a 2nd or 3rd look.
