Dava could not have done a better job in assisting us with the sale of our home. Because we lived in a different state than where our home was located, we needed a great deal of assistance in preparing the home before putting it on the market. Dava recommended handymen, painters as well as other individuals. She always made herself available to let the workers in the house and to supervise their work. She established a fair and competitive price to put the house on the market and was able to guide us through the closing process. I can't imagine another real estate agent who would work as hard, be as responsible and as quick to reply to emails than Dava. We were so lucky to have found Dava and to have had the opportunity to work with her.
