When we began working with Dat Vu, it was one of the longer parts of the home buying process. We spoke many times regarding our perimeters, what we liked, our budget, and our predicaments. This process took roughly about 3 weeks. As soon as the right house came on the market, Dat was quick to send us all relevant information. The following day, we submitted our offer and were waiting. However, Dat was constantly checking on the selling agent to get updates. When we got the contract, Dat was very helpful to us as a first time buyer. He guided us and gave recommendations for inspections, closing attorneys, etc. The process was seamless and automated. Dat will work hard for you if you: 1. Know what you want.
