Daryl was the listing agent for a home we recently purchased. We had contacted another agent to view his listing and fell in love with the property. The sale was very complicated and he had to do a lot of work to complete the transaction since he was the local agent. We were able to close on this house in just over a month due to his dedication and diligence. We live 4 hours away, so Daryl did all the work. He made many arrangements to continually meet with all parties including sellers, banker, contactors etc. He was invaluable and we would not have our house today without him.
