Darrin stopped in and gave us his card and said I want to sell your house. We were selling our house by ourselves . We gave it a month. We talked to a lot of people but no buyers. We decided to contact and talk to Darrin about the house . Stopped over and gave us selling points to improve the house and we took his advice and did a few improvements he had showing on the house and he sold it in a couple of months. We had to go back to Florida, he took care of ordering the title work, and coordinated the closing.
