There were a few issues with the inspection that needed to be rectified- Darren presented the most cost efficient methods, saving us potentially thousands. We needed to lease back the property until the new house was completed - again Darren negotiated an extremely attractive lease back offer for us, allowing us to stay until the house was built and also saved us a lot of money.
