When I found a home(s) I wanted to put an offer in on, Darren immediately wrote up and presented the offer to the seller. On our 3rd try we were successful!!! That's pretty good in this real estate market! He took care of all of the paperwork, dealing with the other realtor, taking care of the loan, escrow, updates, and all the details! If Darren wasn't available, for some reason, he sent one of his colleagues to help me (they were super nice too). Everything went smoothly, we even closed escrow a couple of days early! Darren is such a nice, kind, knowledgeable and professional realtor. It was a pleasure to work with him!
