That's pretty good in this real estate market! He took care of all of the paperwork, dealing with the other realtor, taking care of the loan, escrow, updates, and all the details! If Darren wasn't available, for some reason, he sent one of his colleagues to help me (they were super nice too). Everything went smoothly, we even closed escrow a couple of days early!
