Working with Darrell was the best experience ever in selling my home !! nThe home was listed on a Saturday morning. By Monday afternoon Darrell had arranged for 8 showings and had received multiple offers. By Monday evening I had accepted a cash offer at 5k above asking price. Listed for only 3 days and my home was under contract !! n nDuring the process the buyers did a home inspection which turned up a problem that could have potentially halted the sale. Darrel knew exactly what to do !! Within hours he had a contractor out to correct the issue to the buyers satisfaction and I closed on time as originally scheduled !!

I had Darrel Hudiburgh, he was great he went off my schedule, If I needed to go see a house at night time due to my work schedule, Darrel would make that happen. If I had a question or needed to talk to him he was available anytime. I remember I would look online for houses at night time, and I would email him the addresses I was interested in seeing, he would respond almost immediately. Darrel stuck with me, I'm one of those people who have the worst luck, but Darrel was patient and made me keep going and not give up on my goal of owning my first home. I would highly recommend him. His customer service skills are through the roof. He is such a caring person. For a first time home buyer, its a roller coaster of emotions, but its worth it in the end when you walk into that home you have been dreaming of owning.
