We needed to sell my son's condo in Michigan from Tennessee. Darrell has extraordinary contacts that enabled us to do just that. There were many complications, including a trust and a Canadian trust executor. Darrell coordinated with his lawyer, the executor, and the title company very efficiently and effectively over the course of a week. Additional complications arose when my son didn't have all his documentation in order. Darrell arranged workarounds that satisfied all parties and we were able to close on schedule. Originally, we had thought the condo would possibly require some work before it could be sold. Again, Darrell had contacts so any issues could be addressed. He is beyond a "full service" provider; he is fearless and rises to every problem with workable solutions. Excellent service and he returns all calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. I cannot recommend him enough and you cannot go wrong if Darrell is on your team!!!!

I am not sure if there is every a "typical purchase" when it comes to buying a home. However I don't think that most home buying takes over 10 months from offer to closing table. Darrell was always on top of the seller making sure they got the stuff needed done as quickly as possible, all while ensuring that I knew what was going on and if anything was needed from me so it was never held up due to me. 10/10 very knowledgeable and willing to do anything in his power to get the sale completed, even squeezing in a closing before a vacation that was planned for as long as the house was under contract.
