There were four ladies all looking at one time for a home for two of the ladies. We all wanted to agree on the same home so that everyone in the crowd would agree. We all looked at many homes and when we found the right place we all agreed that was the one. Darrell let us know what he thought we would be able to make the offer with to get the deal. I ask that the current owner also pay for a new roof which was at its end. We made the offer, and the owner accepted the offer after much thought. We were all pleased with the deal and now were are in the process of getting it cleaned up and ready for its new people to move into. Darrell was always quick with answers and he could always answer our questions. We would definitely use him again and we are all very pleased.
