Darrell helped me find a house to buy in Riverview, arranged a broker that expedited the VA mortgage process and we went from finding our home to closing in 29 days. Two years later, I called on him again to help me sell a house three hours north of Riverview and he drove up there, checked out the property suggested an asking price that was much higher than I anticipated. The property sold quickly, at the price he expected it to. The buyer had a couple of issues they had to work out. Darrell kept me informed every step of the way. When the buyer needed an extension, he explained what the issue was and made suggestions and made the follow-up phone calls and e-paperwork. In my 42 years of marriage we've moved 18 times (military). Darrell has been the best realtor I've worked with. I'll enlist Darrell again if/when I ever move again and I whole heartedly recommend Darrell to anyone who reads this.

I cannot even begin to describe how outstanding of a job Darrell did selling my house for above asking price and within days of being listed. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, kindness, and hard working skills are above and beyond the normal expectations. Not only did he sell my house for me but he helped me to buy another house that was an absolute nightmare.
