Darrell put his all into selling Covina for me
I wanted to sell for $300,00 he told me to raise it to $310,000 we had over 20 showing in 2 days and 5 bids to buy top bid $315,000 we accepted, they backed out one week later. Put it back up and again had over 20 showings and 6 bids high was $320,000 though we accepted one cash offer $315,00 that went smoothly he kept in formed every few days. This is the second deal I had with him. Bought a second home in 2015 in Prescott that also went very smoothly. He works hard for his customers.
