I really can't say enough great things about Darlene. From the get-go, she worked to help us find our dream home. In less than a month, she helped us secure the perfect house for us. She is very quick to respond, she has an impressive knowledge of the market and the overall buy/sell process, and she always gave us honest but realistic advice. Buying a house is not an easy process, but Darlene made it as easy as it could be by giving us as much information as she had available, and always being there to answer our questions.

Darlene was extremely helpful when it came to selling our house. We had tried a few years earlier with a different agent and after months of sitting on the market without any offers we decided to pull it off. A friend recommended Darlene when we wanted to try again in the spring and we were under agreement in less than three days at over asking. She had nothing but patience with us as we figured out where we wanted to move. Darlene did a great job selling our house.... Another agent had our listing starting in late winter for four months without an offer. We felt our house was a challenge to sell by then and looked for an agent more equipped to get a sale. With some issues such as a smaller backyard, being on a hillside, no central air etc. She got to work. She delivered four offers to us. She ultimately got a higher than listing sale price for us. She has an amazing team of people who helped us stage and showcase the house. In addition, Darlene was always available to not only help us answer our questions, but to help us solve issues that would come up. She took this extra responsibility to make it easier for us to get important tasks done and meet all the deadlines.
