Darlene was recommended by a friend and she really lived up to the hype and expectations. Originally I hired her to sell my Campanelli ranch that was in need of some interior freshening up and repair. She helped me adequately price it so I could sell it and make what I needed. It moved very quickly! For my new house- she did not settle for the basic online listings of a home and found a real gem for me that met all my needs. She scouted it out even though the surface online posting did not present the home as something that I'd be interested in (just to make sure). When she got to the house she was so excited for me to see it and I put in an offer that night. If she hadn't done that deeper scouting, I would not have the awesome home I'm in now!!
