Darlene Stinson

Darlene handled the sale of our father's home with care, expertise and professionalism. She listened to our needs and exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond when we couldn't be there due to us living out of state. I know she will do the same for your family and friends. I have bought and sold many homes and our experience with her was top notch!

After careful consideration, my fiancé and I picked Darlene to be our realtor for the sale of our condo and to purchase a new house. Two months later, we have our condo sold, we are the owners of a new house and I don't think we could have made a better choice. She constantly went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable when other people were in our house. She was always there when we couldn't be and always followed our requests. she made sure the upstairs closet stayed closed, but the downstairs closets were always slightly open (our cats hide in there), she made sure both bathroom doors were left open (so our older cat couldn't "corner" our younger one in the bathroom), and she made sure all surfaces that were touched got a wipe down with disinfectant (keeping the Rona' away). When it came to purchasing, she kept our "must haves" in mind (one of which was a room large enough for a pool table which needs to be about 20x15). She even brought a tape measure to each house and helped me measure, lol. She also was quick to point out any "concerns". Things that most people wouldn't take into consideration (unless they were an insurance company or general contractor). There was one particular instance where her thoroughness potentially saved us from walking into a deep can of worms. If you're in the market for a realtor, I can't imagine a better choice (and my fiancé’s picky, lol).

My first experience with TNG Real Estate was excellent. Darlene met with me at my property and immediately she showed me the comparable properties in the area personally. We did a walk through in several of them to get an informed idea about the net worth of my property. We went back and made an informed decision and plan on the asking price. Her recommendations were spot on and within 5 working days of putting it on the market we already had a viable offer. Not only did we get a good offer but she negotiated a better deal as well. Meeting Darlene Stinson was indeed a God sent. Upon our initial meeting we knew she was the realtor for us because she stated she has the patience of Job and would work with us until we found our dream home. Throughout the whole process she educated us and gave us options . Darlene never forced her opinion upon us she let us make our own decisions. We could always contact her with questions day or night. Because Darlene has been in this business that she loves for many years and is well connected she always had alternative plans for any obstacle we came up against. Darlene is very caring and supportive something you just don’t see people now days. . She advocated for us every step of the way until we got our keys to our dream home. We truly are blessed to have met Darlene and will be using her for purchasing our next home. Darlene is now a member of our family our kids now call her Aunt Darlene.
