Throughout the process Darlene was professional, positive, honest, timely with communication and kind. She worked very hard and never gave up. Darlene went the extra mile throughout the process, even when things became very challenging due to many unforeseen circumstances that came up (beyond our control). She was always available when I needed her. Due to the complexities of our situation, I truly believe it would not have gone through had she not been my realtor due to her experience, knowledge and willingness to do what was necessary to get the sale in the end. She even loaned me a lampshade and some towels for the showing of my condo, as these items had already been moved out, and she assisted with moving several items to a neighbor’s.
