Additionally, she practices with the utmost integrity, making sure everything was transparent and above board. I appreciated that she was present and helped to explain details during the closing process. Along with her professional expertise, Darlene provided me the encouragement I needed to complete the tasks I needed to do. She even loaned me a lampshade and some towels for the showing of my condo, as these items had already been moved out, and she assisted with moving several items to a neighbor’s.
