Great experience from start to finish

As first time home buyers, we were worried about the potential time, effort, and knowledge that would be required to accomplish anything. However, Darlene made the entire process smooth and easy, from start to finish. To our surprise, we were able to quickly find and close on a beautiful home with very little effort on our part. Beyond being kind and professional, she was diligent and communicative, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Even AFTER closing, when an unexpected issue arose, she went above and beyond to handle it and make sure we were happy.
