Selling a condo these days is not the easiest thing to do - Unless you have Darlene Sheets. Darlene knows exactly what needs to be done to get the property sold. With her experience and professionalism, she made the necessary adjustments and minor improvements. Then the condo sold. Darlene worked the HOA and the property mgt throughout the entire process. She brought in the contractors from carpet cleaning to new floors. Each of which did excellent work. As I am an hour away from the property this was especially helpful. I can't thank Darlene enough.
