Assists with setting up the inspections, appraisals, survey, walk-throughs, closing which made it very easy on me and greatly appreciated. Selling a condo these days is not the easiest thing to do - Unless you have Darlene Sheets. Darlene knows exactly what needs to be done to get the property sold. With her experience and professionalism, she made the necessary adjustments and minor improvements. Then the condo sold. Darlene worked the HOA and the property mgt throughout the entire process.
