I started talking with Darlene Morton in late 2022, in reference to potential of selling my dad's home. By May of 2023 we were ready for a CMA, which she completed quickly. We initially planned to sell privately, not using an agent, but she was still very supportive and informative whenever I had questions. After several planned deals fell through we decided to put it on marked through Crown Reality, Darlene was right there to help pick up the pieces. She had her hands full communicating with us, three owners living in three different states. She was patient with my constant over thinking, and our endless questions. We couldn't have asked for a better agent then Darlene, I will miss working with her.
