I believe I summed up my appreciation for Darla's working skills in the above review title. Working with her has been great, due to the fact our line of communication which was and still is easily available. She was right on with pricing my properties for quick sales. She listened to what I was thinking and respected my opinion which made working with her great. I did defer to her on pricing as she new the market value correctly. Great over all experience. Still have one parcel to sell, and have several more in the future. Will definitely work with her at a later date.

During my first meeting with Darla I suggested an outline of showing prep, viewing, inspection and a closing deadline that I honestly thought was unrealistic. But amazingly Darla made it happen and at a selling price that exceeded my expectations! Her many strengths as a real estate agent quickly resolved all issues that developed and her genuine, warm and friendly personality made selling my home a total pleasure!
