Her background as a Native Floridian, with particular knowledge of the neighborhood where my home on 5 acres was located in southern Charlotte County, was a real advantage. She was in tune with a reasonable value on the property in today's market. A unique challenge in my case was coordinating my purchase of a home in the State of Georgia where I'd relocate. Darla worked hard with my GA realtor to bring it all together. Even after closing on the FL property she followed up with me to be sure the GA closing went smoothly too and to wish me well. She really Cares!

Excellent market knowledge, great communication, Darla never let us down. Our main home is in Canada, so a lot of communication was done by phone or email. She never kept us waiting, response time always quick and accurate. She keeps ahead of things so the closing was seamless. All emails and communications were all cc’d to the appropriate and necessary people involved. I just cannot say enough good things about our experience with Darla.
