Darin Quinlan was totally committed to us in the selling of our home at 225 So. 25th Ave. Brighton, Colorado. His response to any questions we had was immediate. We had some issues with the way that home values are determined by appraisers and banks. Darin was totally patient in repeating time after time about the process. He was innovative in his approach to showing our house. He placed a sign on our dining room table that read: "If you buy this house today, you could be enjoying Thanksgiving dinner in this dining room!" In fact, that happened. He placed the house on the market on a Friday and had an appointment scheduled on the following day. (Saturday) The buyer went through the house and signed a contract on the next day. (Sunday) He and the buyer's realtor set the closing for October 30th and so it happened. Little wrinkles between us and the buyer were worked out to everybody's satisfaction. We have already recommended Darin to a friend who is considering selling a rental property and would recommend him to anybody who is looking for a realtor.

Being first time home buyers I thought it would very stressful but thanks to Darin he made the whole process stress free! He has great knowledge about all the areas in Colorado and definitely helped narrow down the best cities to live in. Very flexible on days and hours to go looking for homes and really got to know us and the type of home we really wanted. Was always keeping us informed when under contract what the next steps were, we were never left out of the loop.
