As a real estate investor, I was interested in finding a property located in Polk County. I asked several of my peers to recommend a local realtor to work with and Darcy's name came up several times. She worked for me for over a year to find the perfect property. The entire time she was over communicative and supportive of my requests. During the transaction she was on-site to oversee the inspection and appraisal. Because of her experience and knowledge she was able to negotiate a much lower purchase price and save me monies to use for renovations that were needed.
