Darby was great and very accommodating with COVID and also with the fact we were trying to buy a house remotely. Very responsive to emails and texts. Took time to learn what we wanted so we did not look at a bunch of houses we didn't like.
Darby is amazing! She did extensive research in determining appropriate value of my house. We priced the house competitively and it sold within two weeks for full asking price. She was very responsive two emails, texts and phone calls. Thanks Darby!

Working with Darby Smiley, an associate of Renee Sales, was a totally rewarding experience. Darby has definite expertise in her profession in all areas. Her knowledge is strong and how to go about best handling your individual resale. I most appreciated Darby’s understanding, compassion, patience and guidance in the sale of my parent’s home, the home I grew up in.
