Danny did his magic again! We put in an offer that was not accepted but when the offer the other agent accepted fell through… we put an offer in again. We offered 30k less and she accepted it!!! Danny knows what to do and say at the right time all while keeping it professional. He stays in constant communication throughout the process. I would recommend using Danny Fontaine for your next home purchase. He was easy to talk to and answered any questions we had on the purchase of our first home. He also took care of everything for us, like booking the photographer and communicating with us about all showings, inspections, etc. Everything went very smoothly the entire process of selling our home, all thanks to Danny. He has excellent communication skills and was always there for us when we had questions. On closing day, we were running a bit behind even though we stayed up until the wee hours of the morning trying to get everything done. The military had thrown a wrench into our plans and we were running short on time. Unfortunately, we were still there at the time of the final showing and we were also running late to closing. Danny was professional about this and even called the closers and notified them for us as we had our hands full literally throwing things into the u-haul.
