He explains EVERYTHING, which we were not knowledgeable on any aspect of the selling market, as we were not USA citizens, but Danny was amazing, and he never made us feel less important just because we weren’t citizens of the USA. He has great communication skills as well. Anytime we called with questions, Danny picked up and/or called us right back. One time he was on vacation….and he still answered his phone for us! Danny’s team also made our experience amazing. They take care of EVERYTHING…every detail, and the communication is exceptional with them as well, right down to the photographer, the team of lawyers, and title company. By the way, our home pretty much sold in 1 day, even though it was only listed for a weekend, and we got OVER asking price! We also made a great friend to call on again! Danny did his magic again! We put in an offer that was not accepted but when the offer the other agent accepted fell through… we put an offer in again. We offered 30k less and she accepted it!!! Danny knows what to do and say at the right time all while keeping it professional. He stays in constant communication throughout the process. He helped us choose numbers that made sense and schedule all of our inspections. He also was easy to get a hold of anytime we called. We were able to act fast on homes with this crazy housing market.
