Danny came over to our home initially to discuss what price we should put the house on the market. During this visit, he gave us tips and pointers on how to get the house ready for a sale (as we are first time sellers). Danny had a folder ready, as he had already done research as to what other homes in the area were selling for - and broke down all costs for us. This was all put together in a very easy to read and understand way! He also took care of everything for us, like booking the photographer and communicating with us about all showings, inspections, etc. Everything went very smoothly the entire process of selling our home, all thanks to Danny. He has excellent communication skills and was always there for us when we had questions. On closing day, we were running a bit behind even though we stayed up until the wee hours of the morning trying to get everything done. The military had thrown a wrench into our plans and we were running short on time. Unfortunately, we were still there at the time of the final showing and we were also running late to closing. Danny was professional about this and even called the closers and notified them for us as we had our hands full literally throwing things into the u-haul. Overall, even when we felt like you know what was hitting the fan, Danny was there for us. Danny sold us this home, and sold it for us when my husband got orders to leave. I will always recommend him to any friend of family member looking to purchase a home in Florida. If I ever move back to Jacksonville, I wouldn't even dream about using anyone other than Danny for our realtor.

Very engaged with us. He made sure to find anything that was in our budget. He gave us more knowledge about buying a house. What to look for in a house and the outside. We learned many great things from Danny. I would rate best agent in Florida. There were a few complications at the end but Fanny helped sort out those problems between us and the builders. Overall great experience with danny. DHI mortgage did not have a great experience with because of too many complications that should have been sorted out at the beginning.
