Danny was excellent throughout the whole process. When looking for areas to look he suggested expanding the search which opened up more options and eventually finding my new condo. He was in constant communication about next steps and for a first time buyer was patient enough to explain everything even if it meant explaining more than once.

He did excellent at helping us find the right home. My girlfriend already lived in the area and I did not, and he did well at keeping us both notified of houses on the market they fell within our parameters.

Danny had great knowledge of both the real estate market and condition of a house and was an exceptional negotiator when it finally came time to negotiate price.
