Danny was excellent throughout the whole process. When looking for areas to look he suggested expanding the search which opened up more options and eventually finding my new condo. He was in constant communication about next steps and for a first time buyer was patient enough to explain everything even if it meant explaining more than once.

Danny was a fantastic realtor. He was beyond patient with us and looked with us for houses for months. Eventually, he made our purchase of our dream home a reality. Danny had great knowledge of both the real estate market and condition of a house and was an exceptional negotiator when it finally came time to negotiate price. I could not give Danny any better of a review.

Danny not only was always professional and timely to every showing, but was extremely selfless and caring of our needs. We literally toured over 100+ homes in-person and he treated us as if it was the very first house we visited each time. He was also savvy with our bidding process and now we are extremely happy with our new home.

He did excellent at helping us find the right home. My girlfriend already lived in the area and I did not, and he did well at keeping us both notified of houses on the market they fell within our parameters.
