Amazing experience with Dannie!
Dannie was our realtor in selling our home. He was very knowledgeable about our area and researched the comps to price accordingly. He guided us through each step and had great recommendations (repairs, cleaning, staging, etc). We ended up with 7 offers in 24 hours all over asking price. Dannie was always available and accessible to the agents and to us. Once house went into escrow Dannie and Maricel were prompt with the paperwork and made everything so easy to sign remotely. Will no doubt choose Dannie when looking to buy or sell a house.
