Danis is a personal friend, but my husband and I asked her to be our listing agent based on her work ethic, personality, knowledge of the market, and overall ethics. She knew how to price our home to sell and even gave us advice on when to list our home based on the real estate market boom in March, 2022. Everything she advised us, came true. Danis also was awesome dealing with the buyers' agent and help us through the closing process.
